You pay, we read your chart, and a personal PDF lands in your inbox within minutes. A few things worth putting in writing.
For each reading, we produce a PDF containing your chart wheel (or two, for a paired reading) and a written interpretation composed for you. Readings are sent to the email you give at checkout, or by WhatsApp if you chose that.
Payment is taken securely by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details.
Readings are generated and emailed automatically once payment clears — usually within a few minutes. If yours is delayed, write to us and we'll chase it.
Under UK and EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. That right ends once the content is delivered — and because a reading is personal to you and made on the spot, we begin work the moment you pay. By ordering, you agree we can start straight away and accept that the right to cancel is lost once the reading is sent.
In plain terms: it's a bespoke, instantly-delivered thing, so we can't take it back. But if something is genuinely wrong — the wrong birth details, a broken file, an error on our side — email us and we'll fix it or refund you. We'd rather you left happy.
Readings are written for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial or otherwise. The decisions you make remain yours, as they always have been.
We're a small, one-person service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from a reading is limited to what you paid for it, and we're not liable for decisions you make after reading it.
